General Chapter 2016 calls Religious of the Sacred Heart "to reach new frontiers." This includes the responsibility to educate for transformation that impels human beings to care for the earth.
Our call is to:

to defend justice, peace and the integrity of creation in response to all of ... those who have been wounded, displaced, and excluded because of poverty, violence, and environmental degradation.
We go together and with others who accompany life by denouncing climate injustice and announce care for the earth, our common home.
