On the 22nd of August 2019 the Society of the Sacred Heart marked its 50th year of presence and mission in the Philippines.
As I try to write about the journey that has brought me to the Society of the Sacred Heart, I still feel the impact of the mark I felt within me when I arrived in my first rscj community: home at last! After some years of searching I experienced the joy of arriving in this place where I would be able to learn how to be my most truthful self and allow the Other, God, to change that into gift.
“Together, who are we?” We, the youngest members of European rscj, were invited to share hopes, expectations and questions in the context of this question at this point in time, in our reality as region and walking together with the whole Society towards the next General Chapter in 2021.
