On October 18, the relic of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat, previously preserved in the Sacred Heart community in Bregenz, Austria, was solemnly placed in one of the parish churches in Budapest, Pestújhely, so that she may always be venerated by the parisioners.

Icon: Mission to America
For a long time I had wanted to paint an icon of St Madeleine Sophie and St Philippine. The pressure of backed-up icon commissions, however, made me postpone this subject: I never felt free to do it just for my own satisfaction.
