Covid-19 Update: Ireland - Scotland

As of 31st March 2020

Fifty of the 51 RSCJ in Ireland and Scotland are in the ‘high risk category’ - being 70 years of age and over. So we have been in voluntary self-isolation already for about two weeks. Yesterday (27th March) the Irish government ordered a complete lockdown. The UK government and Scottish governments did this one week previously. Fortunately, communities have been able to make arrangements for provision of groceries and other necessities. Family, friends, neighbours, and strangers have offered to help and we recognise that we are blessed. Italy and Spain are especially in our prayer.
