Margarita Gutiérrez (Brazil), Nancy Durand (Peru), Maruja Hernández (Colombia), Queny Gredig (Chile), Silvana Ferez (Argentina-Uruguay), and Fernanda Vacas (Venezuela), along with Jacqueline Jiménez (Venezuela) of the International Planning Commission, took the time to meet, to deepen their understanding of one another, and to strengthen their bonds as they journey together towards the new province of Philippine South.
