To mark the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris on December 7 and 8, five relics of Paris saints, including that of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat, will be placed in the cathedral’s altar. For the Society of the Sacred Heart, this choice has a special significance: not only is Madeleine Sophie the founder of our Congregation, but we are also entering the centenary year of her canonization!
