With hearts filled with gratitude and joy, the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Jesus welcomed four young women into the first year of postulancy at Mbikko on August 22, 2026, marking the beginning of a new and beautiful chapter in their journey of consecrated life.
The aspirants arrived accompanied by their parents and guardians. The following day, Sunday, 23 August, began with a meeting with the parents and guardians, followed by the signing of the consent. We then gathered around the altar for Holy Mass, entrusting these young women and their vocation to the loving Heart of Jesus. A time of fellowship and celebration followed, giving thanks to God for the precious gift of vocations.
We warmly welcome Eveline Mwongeli, Hannah Maina, Magdalene Nzembi and Rosemary Kaize as they take this significant step in responding to God’s call as postulants of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. May their journey be rooted and grounded in God’s love, nourished by prayer, community and mission, and may they grow each day in their desire to know, love and serve the Heart of Jesus.
We give thanks to God for the gift of their vocations and pray that they may remain faithful and generous to the One who has called them.
