The Closing Mass for the centenary celebration of the canonization of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat was held on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11 am (Egyptian Standard Time).

On November 28, 2025, the Advisory Council, the Mother House Community and staff, and the Villa Lante Community and staff made a pilgrimage to cross the Holy Door together.

On November 22, 2025, the Province of Italy presented: Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat (1779-1865): “Beyond the Walls,” Women in the Church at the Dawn of the 19th Century at the Villa Lante, as part of the celebrations for the centenary of Madeleine Sophie Barat’s canonization.

The Ad Hoc Commission on the Society’s Properties in Rome met in person at the Villa Lante on September 26-27, 2025.

On May 25, 2025, a Eucharistic celebration was held at the Villa Lante to celebrate the Feast of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat, as well as the hundredth anniversary of her canonization on May 24.
