Today, the 8th of September 2016, the General Council welcomed twelve RSCJ who begin their time of probation at the Villa Lante in Rome.

On July 21-26, 2016, RSCJs and young people came together in Tarnów, Poland for “The Witnesses of Love,” the International Sacred Heart Youth Meeting before the World Youth Day.

“Witnesses of Love,” the five-day International Sacred Heart Youth Meeting in Tarnów, Poland, ended on the 25th of July.

Jolanta Glapka rscj (POL) shares about the Passion for Life Foundation and some concrete efforts to”discover and reveal the love of the Heart of Jesus,” especially among the young.

Barbara Olejnik rscj (POL), who volunteers at a Jesuit refugee center in Warsaw, gives an example of one of the “meeting spaces” for both Poles and refugees to enrich one another.

The European PTVs and their directors of formation met in Paris on the 6th to the 8th of May 2016.

“We, the provincials of Europe, meet twice each year to continue building the region of Europe, to create union among us and to share what is happening in our provinces. We have just ended our meeting in the Villa Lante.”

From Friday 11th until Sunday 13th of December 2015, thirteen Professed of Temporary Vows (PTVs) met in Budapest, Hungary, together with four formators.

Nine RSCJ, who are preparing for their final commitment, received the name and devise that will accompany them as they live their vocation into the future.
