The letter for the feast of the Sacred Heart this year includes a gift and a challenge as you receive the enclosed document, “Being Artisans of Hope in Our Blessed and Broken World.”

“Trusting in the Creator Spirit that continues transforming the world, our commitment to JPIC impels us toward Being Artisans of Hope in our Blessed and Broken World in the contexts where we live and serve.”

In his address to the members of the Gravissimum Educationis Foundation on 25th June 2018, Pope Francis said: “Only by changing education can we change the world.” He then offered three suggestions that resonate with some of our concerns as Sacred Heart Educators.
