About thirty sisters from different countries within the Society met at the Villa Lante in Rome from July 19 to 26, 2026, to reflect and share ideas on the formation of those wishing to become RSCJs. It was a journey of transformation that invited the participants to listen deeply to one another, to the reality of initial formation in the Society and to the Spirit speaking through different contexts. The themes addressed included interculturality, new technologies, and the importance of communities that foster growth, in which each person can be fully themselves. An emphasis was placed on open dialogue and attentive listening, both to each other and to the calls of the world and its challenges. The participants left with joy and gratitude for the close accompaniment of the General Council and for the prayers of their fellow RSCJ.
