Covid-19: Coping with the anxiety

 
Many of us are in countries that are experiencing the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19), which has been declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a "global pandemic."
 
 
Some countries or local government units have declared "lockdowns," "community quarantine," "travel bans," or "stay-at-home" measures to curb the spread of the virus.
 
Here we offer resources that can be helpful as we cope with the anxiety triggered by this crisis.
