In response to the coronavirus pandemic,
on the 27th of March 2020, 6PM in Rome,
Pope Francis presided at the prayer service
on the steps of St. Peter's Basilica.
This was followed by an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament,
and ended with the Urbi et Orbi Blessing.
Together as One Body,
"we want to respond to the pandemic of the virus with the
universality of prayer, compassion and tenderness." (Pope Francis)
